Announcement:
The 1st INFIRE National Roundtable in Bosnia and Herzegovina entitled “Barriers and Solutions for Climate Resilience: Adaptation, Neutrality, and Nature-Based Solutions” will be organized in SERDA premises (Alojza Benca 4, 71000; Sarajevo, BiH), on June 10th 2025 at 10.00 pm CET. This event will be co-organised by two projects, the INFIRE and BIOFIN-EU project, where SERDA is the implementing partner.
The INFIRE project focuses on the development of innovative financial solutions for climate change adaptation measures and achieving climate neutrality, within the European mission Green Living Areas; and the Horizon project BIOFIN-EU aims to establish an advanced, science-based analytical platform that will enable decision-makers to precisely plan and direct financial resources in favor of nature-based solutions.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Get an overview of current initiatives and institutional efforts in Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Identify key obstacles in the implementation of measures across three key domains;
• Contribute to the development of concrete recommendations and solutions through group work.
